We now have certified repair engineers based in the UK, ready to promptly assist you with any concerns regarding your Marodyne LiV.

Conditions

  • Your Marodyne LiV device must be returned in its travel case with the soft foam securely positioned around the device and tucked under the vibrating platform. It must also be suspended correctly in the custom hard foam packaging, and placed in its original outer box.
  • If any of the original packaging has been discarded, new packaging will need to be purchased from your distributor to ensure the safe transportation of your device. 
  • This limited home use warranty applies only to non-commercial, in-home, indoor use of the Marodyne LiV device.
  • The manufacturer (BTT Health GmbH) warrants the components and all original parts of the Marodyne LiV device, against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. 
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. 
  • The device must be used according to the Instructions for Use guide, kept away from water and stored correctly when not in use. 

 

Further terms and conditions are available in your warranty document, sent to you when you purchased your Marodyne LiV device. If you do not have access to this document, need to send in your device for repair, or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
