We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully, as medical devices have specific requirements.
Your Right to Cancel
- If you purchased a non-faulty medical device online, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your Marodyne LiV.
- After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the Marodyne LiV.
Conditions for Returns
- The Marodyne LiV must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of medical devices that have been opened or used.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team to arrange your return.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within a further 14 days.
