Marodyne LiV Returns Policy

1.1 The Marodyne LiV device must be returned in its original packaging – in the travel case with the soft foam securely positioned around the device and tucked under the vibrating platform, suspended correctly in the custom hard foam packaging, and placed in its original outer box.

1.2 The Marodyne LiV device may only be returned for a refund by the original purchaser. Proof of original purchase will be required.

1.3 If you decide you want to return your Marodyne LiV device, please contact the BTT Health Solutions Ltd. team. Your request must be confirmed in writing or via email.

1.4 You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your device for a refund.

1.5 You are responsible for all shipping charges and costs associated with returning the device. 

1.6 Refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment. 

1.7 It may take up to 28 days from when your device is received by us for your refund to be processed. BTT Health Solutions Ltd. is not liable for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process. 

1.8 BTT Health Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for any failures or delays in delivery due to weather, incorrect address provided or circumstances outside of BTT Health Solutions Ltd.’s control.

1.9 If your Marodyne LiV device is returned in a damaged or dirty condition, showing signs of tampering or misuse, with missing accessories, or used other than according to the manufacturer’s instructions, BTT Health Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a refund.
